Rates include GST and are current as at 21/04/2009. The total call charge will be affected by the following: - Rates are subject to international carrier rates and may change without notice. - Calls are charged in 1minute blocks, minimum of 5 minutes charge per call. - A disconnection fee of 25 cents applies for every call greater than 10 minutes. - A connection fee of 20 cents applies for every call to Cambodia (include mobile), Vietnam Hanoi and Vietnam Saigon. A connection fee of 50 cents applies for every call to Vietnam (other cities) and Vietnam mobile. - Higher charges will apply to operator assisted calls, calls to satellite phones and calls to special or premium services. - Calls to nationwide 1300 access numbers incur an additional per minute surcharge of 15 cents for calls from landline phones & additional charges will apply for calls to nationwide 1300 access numbers made from mobiles & pay phones. Calls to 1800 access numbers incur 20 cents per minute surcharge. - Higher charges may apply for calls to mobile phone in some destinations. - Calls to satellite phones and fax services may be blocked. Calls to special or premium services may be blocked. The advertised rates are only applicable for calls made on the Time phone card. USA rate does not apply to Hawaii and Alaska. Poor Service
M Montgomery 2008-07-06	Used the card to phone a friend over seas. 3 hours later tried to use it again and my pin was not released from the first call. Would allow me to use it. Was told it would take atleast 30 minutes more to release my pin back to me.

Over charge
P SUESATHASIT 2007-11-02	Rate seems to be double or triple from what advertised here. On my last call, I had $1 left, it said I have 55 minutes left on the call, but I actually had 20 minutes. Not bad quality, but you can expect to be charged more.
