| 1. | How do I join CheapCard membership? |
| From the left-hand side menu, click on "New Member" link from left menu. It will bring you to the Terms and Conditions page. You can only continue to sign up if you agree with the terms and conditions and if only you are 18 years old and above. Then please enter all of the fields on the form, and click on "Register" to submit form. For the security purpose to prevent unauthorized behaviour at CheapCard, you will be sent an email for email verification purpose. Click on the link on the email and your account will be activated. Upon activation, your account will be logged in automatically. | |
| 2. | How can I change my personal details? |
| Login to your account from the left-hand side menu, and select "My Profile" from the left-hand side menu, click on the "Edit Profile" from your profile page, and enter all of the necessary modification to your details. Click on "Save Profile" to save your new details. | |
| 3. | How do I change my password? |
| Login to your account from the left-hand side menu, and select "Change Password" from the left-hand side menu, fill in your old password and then your new password twice. Finally click on "Change Password" to execute the changes. | |
| 4. | I forget my password. What should I do? |
| Because all of our password data is securely encrypted, we are not able to retrieve your existing password. However, we are able to reset your password. To reset your password, click on "Forget Password?" link on the left-hand side menu. Enter your username and we will send you a forget password email. Click through the link in the email, and you will be brought to a new page where you can enter your new password. | |

Delivery
| 1. | What are our delivery methods? |
| There are three different delivery methods that we provide: Email, SMS, or Airmail. Email and SMS delivery methods are available only for our cards products. We would be happy to send other products by email or SMS, but we could not do that at this present moment. For cards products, the fastest delivery method will be by SMS. We strongly suggest using our CheapCard Prepaid System for the fastest delivery method you ever experienced. | |
| 2. | What are the differences between those methods? |
| The only difference between those methods are the delivery time. For cards products, Email and SMS are the fastest delivery methods. They are normally sent once the payment is verified. It takes less than 24 hours to process. Airmail will take at least one working day for Australia-wide delivery. All Airmail delivery will be through Australia Post Service. Please remember that SMS delivery method is not recommended for beginner user because it might contain only the PIN of the cards. However, if you are familiar with the card already, you may use SMS as delivery method. | |
| 3. | How long will it take to receive my calling card? |
| Depending on the delivery method and payment method chose. It may take less than one minute to few working days to deliver your products. Please read our Payment Methods for more information on the waiting time. | |
| 4. | What if I do not receive products that I purchased? |
| It is less likely that you will not receive your purchased product. If it is happened, please check the payment status in your order history to confirm that the payment has been received. If there is any problem concerning the payment, please contact your bank. However, if the payment has been received and you still has not get your products, please contact us through our contact form. *Due to some reason, your delivery email may ended up in your junk mail folder. Please make attempt to check your junk mail folder before inquiry about lost email for delivery. | |
| 5. | How do I ensure fast and accurate delivery? |
| To ensure fast and accuracy delivery for our cards products, we strongly suggest using Email or SMS as the delivery method and to have active CheapCard Prepaid System as payment method. For other items, the only available delivery method will be by Airmail. Please ensure that the information given is valid and correct. CheapCard is not liable for any undelivered products. | |
| 6. | I have not received my card yet but my record showed that I have. What should I do? |
| Do not panic. Just email helpdesk@cheapcard.com.au and told them that you haven't received it yet and request a resend. However, before you send an email check below tips and advices: 1. You may experience a network congestion which usually happend when you choose SMS as your delivery method. The message could not be delivered to your handset for a number of reasons, the most common causes for non-delivery of an SMS are listed below: - The mobile phone was out of network reach for a prolonged period of time. - The handset message inbox was full and could not receive any new messages. - The mobile phone was switched off and the message has expired. - The number is invalid or is no longer in use. 2. Another case is when you should have cards details to be delivered to your email address. You could not received email from us probably because your email was sent to your 'Junk Mail' by your provider. So please check your Junk Mail first before you request a resend. |

| 1. | Is it safe to purchase calling card from our web site? |
| Yes, it is very safe indeed. We do not store your credit card information although we receive credit card payment. It is simply because our service is hosted by two Australia leading payment business (PayPal and Paymate). We also verify your payment manually (check the details given and we occasionally will give you a call to confirm your payment). If you choose to pay by Internet Banking, all banks have now introduced the latest secured way of Internet Banking transactions. There is no worry and hassle in the transactions anymore. | The order processing time will depend on what type of payment that you choose. Internet Banking will normally take about 1 day to 2 working days. Paymate will take 1 working days. For our cards products, please aware that, we have done our best to get the most updated details and call rates. All the cards' suppliers are able to change the information without any notice. With that, it is strongly advisable for you to ring the customer service number before you decide which card to purchase. | |

| CheapCard has designed SmartPick to help you in searching for the best card to call overseas or even interstates. Please do not hesitate to make use of this FREE tool to help you to make decision. SmartPick allows you to search the cheapest card to call from your nearest city. | |
| 3. | What should I do if my Card's PIN is not working? |
| If your PIN is not working or invalid, please contact us from our 'Contact Form'. We are committed to help you out in investigation of the problem and finding solution to the problem. | |
| 4. | There are too many options of best product, which one should I choose? |
| Which products that suit more to your need is really depends on your usage. It is better off for you to choose the cheapest rate without any connection fee if you are going to call frequently overseas. However, if you are going to call for longest time talk then it is better for you to choose the cheapest calling rate even though that card incudes connection fee. Another key thing that you have to aware of is off peak time or non off peak time. Some cards only gives best call rates during off peak time only. For people that do not want any hassle then maybe it is better for them to choose their trusted card or choose cards which 'flat rate' applies. | |
| 5. | What is IDD Phone Card, Mobile Recharge, Game Card or Internet Prepaid? |
| IDD Phone Card is prepaid phone cards that offers very cheap rate to call overseas or interstates. The usage of IDD phone cards can saves up to 80 - 90 % of total cost of you phone bills. IDD Phone Card is mostly used by overseas student, overseas resident, travellers and also business persons. Mobile Recharge is prepaid voucher to recharge your prepaid mobile (Optus Prepaid, Virgin Prepaid or Vodaphone Recharge). Game Card is special voucher that is designed specifically by certain game company as a trading media. CheapCard is the only online Gunbound distributor in Australia and New Zealand. Internet Prepaid is a prepaid voucher for Internet user that do not want bind with long term contract and commitment. You will only pay for what you use. | Card ID is a term used by one of the calling card companies to define the unique number of that particular card. However, at CheapCard, Card ID is the same with PIN number. If the operator asks you to input the Card ID, it refers to the PIN number that we sent to you. The cards currently involves are: Global Dial, No Frills and Fish. |
Bonus Voucher
| 1. | What is a Bonus Voucher? |
| Bonus Voucher is a reward for member who shops from CheapCard website. It will have value as cash and can be used in the website to purchase a product. Or you can also get Bonus Voucher from referring to your friend. The more referral you do, the more chances that you will get the bonus. The bonus from our referral system allows you to get some money back (through PayPal or Cheque), or Bonus Voucher. Bonus voucher is not transferrable to other membership. | |
| 2. | How do I get a bonus voucher? |
| You will be rewarded a bonus voucher once you make 10 approved orders at CheapCard, and the order is not paid by Voucher nor PayPal. It is an automated process and you don't need to worry about how to get it at all. In case you have just successfully created your 10th transaction and if it is approved, the bonus voucher will appear the next time you login. From 1st August to 31st August, our bonus voucher will still be $5.00. From 1st September onwards, our bonus voucher will be changed to $3.00. You may view the voucher details by clicking on 'Bonus Voucher' link on your Member's Corner (left side of the window). NOTE: When you purchase your card with bonus voucher, it will not be counted as normal transaction that accumulates the total transaction to claim bonus voucher. | |
| 3. | How do I use my bonus voucher? |
| You can use your bonus voucher as payment when yor order some products from CheapCard. For referral bonus, you may claim a $5.00 bonus voucher to have more discounts on your products or you may want to keep all the credit and once it reach $30.00 or more then you can request us to send you a cheque or transfer the money into your bank account or to transfer to money to your PayPal account. |
CheapCard Prepaid System
| 1. | How do I activate my prepaid account? |
| You don't. It is already activated for you once you join our membership and activate your account. | |
| 2. | How long will it take to activate my prepaid account? |
| Prepaid system becomes active on 13th September 2004. You will be able straight away to use your prepaid account as long as you registered as a member. | |

| Once you login to your account, you will notice a ‘CPS Balance’ link with your prepaid account balance on the top of page, near Shopping Basket. You may view the full details of your prepaid account summary by clicking that link or from the Member's Corner Menu (CheapCard Prepaid System). | |
| 5. | How long will it take if I purchase products with my prepaid account? |
| For cards products, it will be seconds till you get your product, if you choose Email or SMS as the delivery method. For other products, it will be standard Airmail delivery waiting time before you get your product. You may make a purchase even though your credit is not enough, however you need to do pay the balance just like the normal way you make a payment to us. | |
| 6. | Can I use credit card to top-up my prepaid credit? |
| Yes, you are welcome to do so. To allow us to gives you best deals, we have implemented PayPal and Paymate service in providing you credit card services. They are the two leading payment company that is available in Australia, and they are very reliable, very fast and very secure. | |
| 7. | What if I don't have enough credit in my prepaid account? |
| You may still purchase our product, and you need to pay the balance with one of our payment methods before we will delivery the product to you. |

| SmartPick is a trademark of CheapCard and it is used for cards products only. It is a combination of our sophisticated technology and our extensive range & type of products to provide excellent customer service in terms of card selection. It will give you the cheapest cards that can be used through local call (not STD) from where you live, and if the system cannot find your required cards, it will choose the cards that can be used from your nearest city. It gives you most accurate information based on your needs. | |
| 2. | How do I use SmartPick? |
| SmartPick is easily accessible from every on the website. It is part of our useful Tools on the left-hand side menu. Select your state, your city, your destination country, and connection fee preference. Click on "Search" to start searching for your cards. The search result will then be displayed in a list. Select your desired card by clicking "Buy Now" and the card will be added to your shopping basket. | |
| 3. | How accurate is SmartPick? |
| SmartPick is very accurate based on our data. We trust our technology, but if you find some errors with the search result, it is the data that is supplied from our suppliers that is wrong. If this happens, you will need to contact us from our "Contact Us" form. SmartPick gives you accurate result of your search based on the origin city and destination country. It even gives alternatives of cards that can be used from your nearest city if there is no search results. |
