For our card products, all members have a priviledge in choosing delivery methods. Every member is able to choose from three delivery methods: Email, SMS or Airmail.
If you are not a member, your order will be delivered by Email only. What are the differences of the three methods?
Email: Instant delivery, with your PIN and card details.
SMS: Instant delivery, with your PIN only.
Airmail: Your PIN and card details (no physical card, exception for Game Card) will be sent through Australia Post, it will take 2 - 3 days for delivery. The delivery charge is $0.50 for each order.
For other products such as Movie Vouchers, Game Box, etc higher delivery fee applies. For combination purchase in one order, delivery fee applies to the highest amount only.
NOTE: Only big item such as Game Box, delivery fee will apply per item instead of per order.
REMINDER: Only CheapCard member is able to trace the delivery status. Therefore, it is recommended that you join the CheapCard family and enjoy the benefits provided by CheapCard for you, including a wide range of delivery methods.
For non-card products, we would be happy to send them via Email or SMS, if we could. But it is not possible yet at today's technology. The only delivery option available for non-card products will be via Airmail (Australia Post).
